About TMX Australia Exchange
TMX Australia Exchange, formerly known as Cboe Australia, launched in October 2011. On 1 August 2026, TMX Group completed its acquisition of Cboe Australia from Cboe Global Markets, Inc. Prior to Cboe Global's ownership, TMX Australia Exchange was known as Chi-X Australia.
Today, the ASIC-regulated market operator provides investors with a combination of world class technology, innovation and cost-efficient product offerings that has attracted approximately 50 market participants and thousands of investors.
The TMX Australia Exchange platform offers trading across a range of asset classes, including unique products which are exclusively quoted and traded on the TMX Australia Exchange market, such as corporate listings, funds and warrants.
